Event Hub Professional (“Event Hub”, “we”, “us”) provides an event fundraising platform used by event organizers (“hosts”) and their guests. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Organizer accounts — name, email address, mobile number, password (stored as a one-way hash), and campaign configuration.
Guest registrations — name, email address, and mobile number provided when you register for an event, plus your event activity (registrations, donations, optional messages, and whether you chose to appear anonymously).
Payment information — payments are processed by our payment processor (MX™ Merchant, a Priority Technology Holdings service). Card numbers never touch or are stored on our servers; we keep only a processor-issued token plus the card brand, last four digits, and expiration for display and receipts.
Technical data — IP address, browser information, cookies required to keep you signed in, and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

Operating events: registration, donation processing, receipts, and leaderboards (your name is hidden on leaderboards if you choose anonymous giving).
Verifying your contact information with one-time codes sent by text message and email.
Sending transactional messages about an event you registered for.
Securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

Text messaging

When you provide your mobile number and continue, you consent to receive a one-time verification code and event-related text messages for the event you registered for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help; text START to re-enable messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who operate the platform on our behalf: payment processing (MX™ Merchant), text messaging delivery (Twilio), email delivery (Postmark), and web hosting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your event host — the organizer of an event you register for can see your registration and donation details (including your name even when hidden from public leaderboards).
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Event Hub, our users, or others.

Retention & security

We retain account and donation records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Passwords and verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes; data is encrypted in transit (TLS).

Your choices

Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@eventhubpro.com.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
